All about ME

We all are human and have two eyes, one nose, one mouth, two ears, two hands, two legs and so on..  our basic necessity are almost same even though we are different and unique.  We are different from inside to out like our face, our D.N.A structure, our voice, our desires…. Yoga helps everyone. It doesn’t matter, some need it for their mental health, some need it for their physical health, and some need it for both.  The needs and desires of our lives also change from time to time.  This also happens to our body and mind, but we generally change minor or materialistic things like fashion, makeup, furniture vehicle, etc. However, we forget to change our habits.  How do you know which asanas, pranayamas, mudras etc. you need?  I look forward to accompanying you on the right path.
